If you want to make a change, please follow the procedure below:

Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order. In order to make the return, the product will need to be in its original condition with the special markings (cards), the order receipt and the special return form.

IN CASE OF RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY:

Make a change with the same or another product in our store.

Make your change in our store WHITE LINEN CONCEPT STORE, which is located at 13 Agias Paraskevi Street, 152 Chalandri 34, having with you the product and the purchase receipt.

Make a change with the same or another product through our online store.

Return the product very well packaged to avoid damage during transport, using the ACS Courier service.

The charge for you is free on the first change. Your package inside should contain a. the product you return b. the special return form that was in the original package you received, completed with the required information c. your receipt

For the commitment / reservation of the product with which you wish the change we would recommend you to send us an email at nitsola@hotmail.com with the product / s you want and their numbers.

In case you choose to use any other transport of your choice, you will be fully charged for the transport costs which you will pay to the transport company you choose at the time of sending the parcel.

Once we receive and accept your refund, you will receive an email confirming your change, credit balance or refund.

Refunds: Refunds are made within 14 working days of the return of the items being received and checked. Refunds are only made on the original credit card used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. In case of refund, the shipping costs to send us the parcel are yours.

For the refund process, note on the change form that you wish a refund to one of the cooperating banks (Attica Bank, National Bank, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank) and indicate the bank, beneficiary name and account number (IBAN ) to which you want the deposit to be made. The refund is made within the next 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of deposit in a different bank, the transfer is borne by the Beneficiary (Customer) and not the Depositor.
